Abstract
The issue of creating the human actions is one of the doctrinal issues in which doctrinal schools of thought differed, especially between the Muaatazilah, who considered that punishing a servant for his actions despite the fact that the latter was created by Allah ; the Lord of the Worlds is contrary to the origin of justice for them, and among those who disagreed with them among the Sunnis, the Ashaaris. Hence the answer of Sheikh Sidi Abdul Qadir Al-Fassi, one of the Morrocan Ashaarite leaders, who answered this issue, clarified its ambiguity, and verified the statment in it based on the Qoran, Sunnah and Reason.
